Thank
you for your participation in the Carolina Recycling Association’s (CRA)
18th Annual Conference & Trade Show, to be held
March 25-28, at The Hilton North
Raleigh in
As
an Exhibitor you
will be provided with an 8' x 10' booth with pipe and draping (8' high drapes,
3' high side dividers) one skirted and draped table, one booth identification
sign (your company name), two chairs and one waste basket.
Registration for Exhibitors will be located directly next to the general
registration desk located outside the Grand Ballroom of the Hilton.
You
will be receiving an email confirming your organization name, contact
information and description is correct and includes all the information you
would like to see in our final conference program.
If at anytime you would like to confirm
your company listing, booth #(s) or the additional booth representatives you may

Advance
shipment of your display
will be going to Convention Makers, Inc.. I
have attached pre-printed shipping labels, a freight order form and a
drayage information form for Convention Makers, Inc. You have the opportunity to
ship your items directly to the Hilton North Raleigh no earlier than March 21 or
you will be charged a holding fee.

EXHIBIT
HALL ACCESS: Exhibits
will be in the Grand Ballroom. There
are several docking stations at the back of the Ballroom.
Any shipments sent to The Hilton North Raleigh should be addressed to

You will be charged a holding fee if you ship your items for arrival to the
Hilton before March 21.

you need electricity or other engineering at your booth please use the

The
2nd Annual Golf Classic will
be held on Tuesday, March 25.
I
have included a golf brochure and registration form for your review. Dave
VanDeventer is coordinating this years’ Golf Classic. If you would like to
sign up as an attendee or sponsor please contact Dave at 864-270-7958.
The
Carolina Recycling Association understands your time is important to you and we
want you to have the best exhibitor experience possible.
For this reason we will be holding a Trade
Show Open House on Thursday, March 27 from 2:00pm – 5:00pm. We will send
you Trade Show passes to distribute to your clients that will allow them access
into the Open House.
You
are not expected to be at your booth when attendees are in sessions or attending
full conference activities (i.e. opening
general session, AM/PM concurrent sessions, Awards Luncheon). NOTE:
the only time the Exhibit Hall will be locked is when the Hall is officially
closed at the end of each day/night.
On
Wednesday, March 26 the Carolina
Recycling Association will be hosting a GREEN
Reception with dinner, dancing, music and LIVE Auctionl!
If you are interested in donating an item to the Auction please contact
Paige Tate at 919-545.9050.
Completion
of Forms:
Your cooperation in filling out all necessary forms and returning them promptly
will help avoid last-minute oversights and complications during exhibit set-up.
Please be sure that the correct forms are returned to the correct place.
