Records management and document destruction company Access, headquartered in Livermoore, California, has been featured in the 2016 Inc. 5000 ranking of the nation’s fastest growing private companies. The company was ranked 1,661.

2016 marks the eighth year in a row Access has made the list. The company says it also earned a spot on the 2016 Inc. 5000 Honor Roll, highlighting its dedication to growth and consistent progress.

Access’ three-year growth rate was 226 percent and its 2015 revenue was $193.7 million.

Companies on the Inc. 5000 are ranked based on their revenue growth over a three-year period. The average company on the list achieved a growth rate of 433 percent, and the companies collectively generated 640,000 jobs over the three-year period. As stated by the President and Editor in Chief of Inc. Magazine, Eric Schurenberg, “We honor just one thing: real achievement … No one makes the Inc. 5000 without building something great–usually from scratch.”
