Owl’s Head Alloys (OHA) of Bowling Green, Kentucky, has received approval from the London Metal Exchange (LME) to list its OHA brand.  Effective March 1, 2017, the OHA brand is approved for delivery against the LME’s NASAAC (North American Special Alloy Aluminum Contract) and its Aluminum Alloy Contract worldwide.

OHA, established in 2002, is a privately owned company. Its sits on a 35-acre site with direct rail access serviced by RJ Corman Railroad. The company’s primary business is melting aluminum products and dross, a byproduct of aluminum smelters, into a secondary ingot. The company also is in the 380 type business.
