Shred-Tech introduces AXO MST Series at NAID 2017
<![CDATA[

Cambridge, Ontario-based Shred-Tech, a manufacturer of advanced industrial shredding technologies, has launched its AXO MST line of shredding trucks at the National Association for Information Destruction (NAID) 2017 Annual Conference & Expo. The conference was March 22-24 at the Tropicana in Las Vegas.

The new line expands Shred-Tech’s family of shredding truck models and will be marketed in addition to its MDS series. Whereas the VST will continue to serve customers with more sophisticated and high-security jobs and special applications, the new MST series is a general-purpose shred truck. The MST series will be available with various chassis-cab brands.

The MST truck line is produced in partnership with AXO Shredders. It will use AXO’s Fatso 500-16 shredders, which Shred-Tech describes as a “proven and technologically superior design.” Shred-Tech will adopt certain other design features from AXO trucks; however, the MST line will be produced exclusively in Shred-Tech’s North American plant.

Shred-Tech Corp. acquired AXO Shredders in late 2016.
