HHW - A Council of the Carolina Recycling Association Mission - The mission of the Household Hazardous Waste Council is to promote the education of legislative personnel and the general public in the Carolinas on the benefits to be gained from the minimization, proper storage, handling, transportation and disposal of hazardous materials found in the home that would, under normal circumstances, be destined for a municipal landfill, sanitary sewer and/or waste-to-energy plant. Meeting minutes from May 9. The HHW meets the second Wednesday of each month.
