Anna Shirley, Office Administrator
877-972-0007anna@cra-recycle.orgPrior to joining CRA, Anna has served in a variety of fields including education, medicine, and administration. She served as a Medical Assistant for 14 years, and was acknowledged by the Greenville Chapter of Medical Assistants as the Certified Medical Assistant of the Year in 2001. In her role as an educator, Anna taught English, Science and Home Economics to grades 7-12. During her 7 years as a customer service agent for a textbook company, she was dubbed the official “problem solver” by her peers for addressing order and shipment problems. She was later transferred to the sales office where she coordinated seminars across the US.
Anna joined CRA in 2011 as CRA's customer service and office administrator. Anna handles all CRA's day-to-day operational needs such as financial transactions, membership administration, and various other member and Board needs.
Holly Bullman, Program Manager
828-215-8548 Holly@cra-recycle.orgPrior to joining CRA as its Program Manager, Holly spent 10 years serving Western North Carolina local governments as a Regional Recycling Planner with the Land-of-Sky Regional Council (LOSRC). During her time at LOSRC, she initiated recycling programs in four counties’ school systems by crafting public-private partnerships, authoring successful grant proposals and managing program implementation.
Holly currently serves the CRA as its Program Manager, coordinating CRA's annual conferences and workshops, authoring the organizaiton's newsletter, and is the primary contact for Regional Networking Council activities.
