If you are from a NC Rural or Urban County (as designated in blue on the map below) you meet the criteria to receive a Scholarship for the Fall Rural PRQTs.

If you are from a SC Rural or Urban County (as designated with a recycling symbol on the map below) you meet the criteria to receive a Scholarship for the Fall Rural PRQTs.
