Woodbridge International closes sale to Argosy Private Equity

Woodbridge International, a global mergers and acquisitions firm based in New Haven, Connecticut, has announced the acquisition of a controlling interest in its client company, Casual Living Unlimited, LLC, New Holland, Pennsylvania, and its affiliate Trigon Plastics, Newmanstown, Pennsylvania, by Argosy Private Equity, Wayne, Pennsylvania.

Casual Living manufactures 100 percent recycled poly-resin outdoor furniture and accessories, which it markets throughout the United States and in parts of Europe under the brand name “Breezesta.” 

Trigon Plastics recycles post-consumer plastics and manufactures the poly-lumber used to produce the Casual Living furniture. 
Jim Allgyer, the founder of both Casual Living and Trigon Plastics, will remain with the company and serve as a board member following the closing of the deal. 
“We are very excited to partner with Argosy, a firm that among other things, shares our values and commitment to our customers, as we continue to grow and expand our business,” Allgyer says.
