2018 Recycling Day at the SC Statehouse

Recycling Day at the South Carolina Statehouse was held on April 25. Members of the recycling industry, including businesses, non-profits, and individuals had the chance to meet with their legislators to discuss interests and recycling issues that matter most. Both the SC Senate and House of Representatives passed a resolution declaring April 25 South Carolina Recyclers’ Day. Recycling Day Participants were recognized during the respective legislative sessions for the industry’s contributions to the economy and environment in SC.

- Resolution and Recognition of Recycling Day in both Houses
- Visits to legislative offices and members of house and senate
