Goal: To support recycling industries and businesses by providing a forum to work on increasing recycling in the Carolinas thereby improving both the economy and environment of our states.

Mission: To grow recycling in the Carolina’s by:

• Educating on recycling’s economic impact
• Promoting effective recycling policy
• Building robust networks of recyclers
• Growing markets for recyclable materials
• Increasing recovery of recyclable materials

History:

In March 2016, CRA  formed a new two-state Council of the CRA –  the CRA Business and Industry Recycling Council.  The CRA Business and Industry Recycling Council will continue the nearly 10 years of fine work initiated through RecyclonomicsSC while serving as a way to grow our collective positive impacts within the Recycling marketplace, improve existing or imminent limitations, share our message(s) to larger audiences of clients and stakeholders while expanding important networking opportunities.
