InfinityQS’ Strategic Materials project earns spot on SDCE 100 list

InfinityQS International Inc. (InfinityQS) has earned a spot on Supply & Demand Chain Executive (SDCE) magazine’s 2020 SDCE 100 list of successful supply chain transformation projects. Based in Fairfax, Virginia, InfinityQS was recognized for helping the largest recycler of glass in North America, Houston-based Strategic Materials, standardize quality data collection and analysis, empowering enterprise visibility and operational insights for continuous improvement across 31 plants.
Previously, Strategic Materials relied on nonstandardized, manual data collection in its recycling plants, which meant quality issues often were detected postproduction, InfinityQS says in a new release about its recognition. Strategic Materials can now detect quality issues immediately and make timely corrections, ensuring product quality and consistency, minimizing waste and reducing production costs, InfinityQS says.
