Unfortunately, the Board of Directors together with staff have had to make an extremely tough decision to cancel the CRA Conference & Trade Show this year. It will not be rescheduled as previously hoped. Unfortunately, the worldwide spread of COVID-19 has made it impossible for us to host our event. Your safety and health is our top priority, and we are fortunate that CRA can continue to operate and serve you in new ways in spite of not having a conference this year. We are grateful for the work of many board members, staff members, and volunteers that have worked hard to help us weather this time. We will move forward with planning the scheduled March 22-25, 2021 Conference in Myrtle Beach, SC. As a result, we have provided several options for your 2020 registrations.
- Save on 2021 in Myrtle Beach – Transfer your registration! Transfer your registration to CRA’s 2021 Conference & Trade Show and guarantee this year’s registration rates. Choosing to transfer funds for your 2021 registration means you’ve locked in this year’s rate and you’re protected against any price increases. **We will accept substitutions on transferred registrations**
- We will be processing exhibitor transfers in the order that you signed up for 2020 as soon as our 2021 Exhibit Hall Map is finalized. Exhibitors that purchased premium booth upgrades for 2020, will also get priority selection for the 2021 premium spaces.
- Donate your registration fee! CRA is working diligently to provide even more opportunities for us to connect, learn, and grow during these challenging times. Help us make that possible by donating your registration fees and bonus – your donation is tax deductible!
- Cancel your registration. We understand during these uncertain times that you may not know if you’ll be able to attend the 2021 Conference & Trade Show. We will refund your registration fees less an administrative fee. (click here to view more info on the fee). Requested refunds will be processed using the same payment method (credit card payments will be credited to the original card and checks will be mailed to mailing address provided here). Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process.

- Please respond and complete the form included and let us know your plans. While we will make every effort to contact you, if we do not hear from you by July 1, 2020, your registration will be automatically transferred to 2021.
